RESOLUTION NO. 21-R-42 – A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE MATERIAL TERMS OF THE ONE OHIO SUBDIVISION SETTLEMENT PURSUANT TO THE ONE OHIO MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AND CONSISENT WITH THE TERMS OF THE JULY 21, 2021 NATIONAL OPIOID SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. (Mayor Potter)
ORDINANCE NO. 21-O-43 – AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE RECEIPT OF FEDERAL FUNDS DISTRIBUTED AS PART OF THE AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN ACT, ESTABLISHING A SPECIFIC FUND NAMED THE “AMERICAN RESCUE RELIEF FUND” ACCOUNTING FOR THE RECEIPT AND USE OF SAID FUNDS CONSISTENT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH BY THE LEGISLATURE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. We are excited to be partnering with the Friends of the Kirtland Library as they once again host their Gazebo Concert Series. The final concert will welcome the Bob Wick Duo on Wednesday, August 18 at 7:00 pm. This event will also spotlight the “beauty” of our City as we welcome our local parks to the front lawn of City Hall. Starting at 6:00 pm, food trucks will have food available for purchase.
