The Lake County Board of Elections has received a certified copy of Kirtland City Ordinance No. 22-O-3. We understand the ordinance directs the Lake County Board of Elections to conduct a special election on March 8, 2022, at the usual place of voting for the eligible electors of Kirtland City Ward 1, pertaining to the following question:
“Shall Kelly Wolfe be allowed to continue as Ward 1 Councilperson?”
On March 8, 2022, the polls will open at 6:30 am at the Kirtland Civic Center, 9301 Chillicothe Rd., Kirtland, OH 44094. The polls will close at 7:30 pm. Unofficial results of the March 8, 2022 special election will be posted at the Kirtland Civic Center as well as at www.lakecountyohio.gov/boe.

Alternately, residents can attend audibly by dialing (312) 626-6799 and input the meeting ID of 440 256 3332.
At certain times in the meetings, the public is able to offer its input. If you would like to speak, please press *9 to “raise your hand”. The chairperson of the meeting will then call on you at the appropriate time. If you are not automatically unmuted, you should be able to toggle mute/unmute by pressing *6.
