Pavement Rehabilitation began yesterday on Wisner Road.
The contracted process described below will take place over 30-45 days for each road.
1. Recycle the pavement
2. Proof roll to determine where soft subgrade may be present
3. Make any necessary base repairs.
4. Install double chip seal wearing course.
Step 4 on Billings and Springer will include 2.5” of asphalt in addition to installing aggregate drainage.
Beechwood and Oakwood will be treated with the process of 2” mill and fill along with aggregate drainage.
