Anticipated Old Town Sewer Schedule

Phase I of the project includes Eisenhower, Saxon and Elm St. (north of Maple)

Phase II includes Maple and all streets south (Fairidge TBD)

 

Phase I construction is anticipated to be March 2022 – April 2023

Phase II construction is anticipated to be March 2023 – August 2024

 

By the deadlines in the EPA’s Findings & Orders, all residential tie-ins must be made by 9/17/2025.

City administration is working diligently to identify costs and funding opportunities. Public informational meetings will be scheduled once we’ve established our path forward.
