City departments are getting ready to grill hot dogs and burgers for the second concert of the summer! Food is FREE starting at 6:00 pm and is available until supplies run out (donations always accepted!). Friends of the Library and NOPEC present Debbie Gifford starting in the gazebo at 7:00 pm.
