Registration:

Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are required at time of registration. To sign up for a class, please complete the registration form and return it to the Community Center with payment. Registration may be mailed in to or dropped off at the Community Center. An after-hours drop box is located outside of the front door to collect registration and payment when the office is closed. You are considered enrolled when your payment has been received. Early registration is preferred, as classes are cancelled three days prior to the start date if enrollment is insufficient. If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, participants receive a full refund. Participants assume the risk of changes in personal affairs and health. Refunds are not granted when the participant cancels.

 

Class prices are not prorated.

 

Checks should be made payable to: THE CITY OF KIRTLAND.

 

 

Refunds

In case of class cancellation, participants are notified and mailed a full refund in the form of a check. There are no cash refunds. Refunds take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to process.

 

No refunds are issued unless the Recreation Department cancels the program. Participants assume the risk of changes in personal affairs or health and refunds are not granted when the participant cancels.

 

The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment and /or unforeseen circumstances.

Photo Release
By registering for any program offered through the Kirtland Recreation Department, you agree to allow publication of photos taken during the program of you or your children.
